Terms & Conditions of CNY $888 Fixed Price Plan Exclusive Promotion (“CNY FPP Promotion”)

1. To qualify for this CNY FPP Promotion, a customer must sign up for the electricity plan stated in Condition 3 below between 1 February 2019 and 31 March 2019, both dates inclusive.
2. The CNY FPP Promotion shall be for a one-time discount of up to S$888 on the 1st month of the customer’s monthly electricity bill. The actual amount of the discount shall be calculated based on the customer’s monthly electricity consumption load, whereby the assessment formula shall be at the sole discretion of Seraya Energy Pte. Ltd. (“Geneco”), and limited to a net value of S$888. The actual amount of the discount shall be provided to the customer in their monthly electricity bill for the 1st month.
3. This CNY FPP Promotion is only applicable to new account sign-up(s) for a fixed price plan with a contract period of at least twenty-four (24) months.
4. This CNY FPP Promotion is not applicable or valid with any other promotions, offers or discounts, unless otherwise stated.
5. In the event the contract is terminated for any reason prior to the expiry of the 24-month period, Geneco shall be entitled to recover from the customer the entire rebate amount paid out by Geneco to the customer. Geneco shall issue an invoice to the customer for the same, and the customer shall pay the amount stated in the invoice within 14 days from the date stated in the invoice.
6. For multiple premises under the same legal entity, this promotion will only be applied towards the first month’s invoice of that one legal entity.
7. Geneco reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate, whether in whole or in part, the CNY FPP Promotion and/or vary, add or delete any of these terms and conditions without prior notice, including the eligibility requirements and period of this CNY FPP Promotion.
8. In addition to these terms and conditions for the CNY FPP Promotion, Geneco’s prevailing standard terms and conditions for Low Tension Electricity Retail shall apply.
9. Participation in this CNY FPP Promotion shall constitute acceptance of all these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.

Terms & Conditions of CNY 68% Discount Off Tariff Exclusive Promotion (“CNY DOT Promotion”)

1. To qualify for this CNY DOT Promotion, a customer must sign up for the electricity plan stated in Condition 3 below between 1 February 2019 and 31 March 2019, both dates inclusive.
2. The CNY DOT Promotion shall be for an exclusive rate of 68% off the regulated tariff on the customer’s monthly electricity bill for the 1st month and, subsequently, a rate of 21.8% off the regulated tariff on the monthly electricity bill for the following twenty-three (23) months.
3. This CNY DOT Promotion is only applicable to new account sign-up(s) for a discount off tariff plan with a contract period of twenty-four (24) months.
4. This CNY DOT Promotion is not applicable or valid with any other promotions, offers or discounts, unless otherwise stated.
5. In the event the contract is terminated for any reason prior to the expiry of the 24-month period, Seraya Energy Pte. Ltd. (“Geneco”) shall be entitled to recover from the customer the amount of rebate paid out by Geneco to the customer. The amount recoverable by Geneco shall be an amount equivalent to the difference between the discount off the regulated tariff for the 2nd month and the discount off the regulated tariff for the 1st month multiplied by the customer’s electricity consumption load in the 1st month. Geneco shall issue an invoice to the customer for the same, and the customer shall pay the amount stated in the invoice within 14 days from the date stated in the invoice.
6. Geneco reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate, whether in whole or in part, the CNY DOT Promotion and/or vary, add or delete any of these terms and conditions without prior notice, including the eligibility requirements and period of this CNY DOT Promotion.
7. In addition to these terms and conditions for the CNY DOT Promotion, Geneco's prevailing standard terms and conditions for Low Tension Electricity Retail shall apply.
